Billingshurst All Acoustic

The Billingshurst All Acoustic Club, which has been in operation for almost fifteen years, runs on the first Friday of each month (with the exception of August).

We begin at 8.00pm and usually end at around 10.30 pm.

We enjoy all styles of acoustic music and encourage those who are new to performing as well as those who have been playing in public for longer. We like to have fun and don’t take ourselves too seriously.

We operate in beautiful, tiny, eighteenth century-grade II listed chapel which can be accessed from Billingshurst High Street or via an entrance in a street called ‘Laker’s Meadow.’

It is probably best to park in the Billingshurst Library carpark at RH14 9JZ and take the two-minute walk from there.

We ask for a donation of £3.00 to help cover the cost of the heating and to contribute to the upkeep of the chapel.

We serve free tea and coffee during the interval, and you are welcome to bring your own alcohol if you wish.

We’ll supply the biscuits.

(PS. We are almost exclusively a ‘sing-around’ club so if you are an aspiring performer looking for a paid gig, you will be best suited to try your hand elsewhere – but good luck with your musical endeavours).
